Used the original powder on some maggots at my local fishery and caught steadily in one swim all day. Had a 2nd swim primed with the same maggots & started catching, swapped to an untreated maggot & the bites all but dried up. I then alternated between treated and untreated baits to monitor the number of bites and confirmed that the treated maggots produced more bites all afternoon. I was impressed with the results and plan to continue exploring the range of products that I've purchased.
Have only been fishing once and tried just the sensate original powder on red maggots. Caught nothing without Sensate and caught nothing with it. The only fish I caught was a 2lb 8oz Mirror Carp and that was on a Krill mini boiler.
First time I’ve used it on Maggots & Pinkies, the red certainly made the maggots very vivid red which I found amazing considering I only put a small amount of the powder on them, as recommended by Tom S, and it worked well with no red fingers after 5hr club match😊
I used the natural on the mixed Pinkies, and just as the red it gave off quite a smell without any colour change which is what I was trying to achieve on these, much better than the good old ammonia smell anyway🤭 It was a hard club match with a good covering of white frost and we were fishing for silvers, so not really fair to judge the result. But looks promising and I will continue to use it.along with the squeeze ready pellets and groundbait.
