Green has fast become my go-to groundbait, especially for F1s and bream. It binds really well so don’t press too hard with your Method mold.
Sweet is a dark colour, good in clear water or in the colder months with a lovely smell to it. And Original Groundbait is a natural light brown and will pretty much do anything, especially float or pole for silvers.
