Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Plan and organise shift schedules and workforce allocation
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Liaise with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage stock levels of raw materials and report shortages
  

Skills & Experience

• • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
